Summer is a great time to catch up with friends. One of the topics that often emerges amongst writers is submissions. Are you submitting? If so, where? How? I tend to use Duotrope and subscribe to their weekly e-mail newsletter: https://duotrope.com/. Another great source my friend Carol Wobig recommends is Newpages.com: http://www.newpages.com/literary-magazines/
